Frequently asked

Questions before Sunday?

Here are the things parents ask most often. Our team is also happy to help personally.

Where should I park?
Parking and entrance details vary by campus. Use the campus cards above to find the best arrival instructions for Ebenezer, Grace, Haven, or Redwood.
Can my kids stay with me in service?
Absolutely. New places can take time, and children are welcome to remain with their families in the worship service. Busy bags are available, and Family Church also holds special family services during the year.
How does check-in and pickup work?
Your child receives a name label, and you receive a matching security label. After service, return to the same room and show your matching label before your child is released.
Does my child need to bring anything?
Nothing is required. Children are encouraged to bring a Bible, but a free Bible is available at the Kids Hub for any child who does not have one.
What happens if my child needs me?
The team will do everything possible to help your child feel at ease. When a parent is needed, the team will contact you by text.
What happens during Family Kids?
Kids begin with games and connection, participate in worship, learn from the Bible, and then move into smaller groups for conversation and deeper learning.
What about allergies or additional needs?
Include allergies, accommodations, or other needs when registering. Family Kids leaders will work with your family to support your child to the best of their ability.
