Pastor Carlos and his wife Raquel are thrilled to be a part of the international team at Family Church. Serving God since his teenage years, Carlos brings four decades of ministry experience in teaching, training, and mentoring the next generation. For the last ten years, he has grown and served a network of over 100 Salvadoran pastors that gather monthly for leadership training and networking. Carlos is a Certified Leadership Coach, holds a degree in Civil Engineering, and a Master of Divinity from Regent University. Natives of El Salvador, Carlos & Raquel love running and spending time with family. They have been married since 1987 and have raised three gorgeous girls.
