Groups

Small Groups have approximately 6 couples, or 6-15 individuals, who gather to study God’s Word and discuss the issues and challenges of life that we all face. It is also where we pray and care for one another and where you are missed when you are not there.

Small Groups come in all shapes and sizes – married couples, singles, men’s, women’s, with children, without children, workplace, young adult, or empty nesters.

As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.

Proverbs 27:17

Invest

Invest in a group. Let us share with you Pastor Adam’s experience in a group. Years before Pastor Adam was a Pastor his wife, Jenny, wanted to join a group. Adam had NO desire to be in a group; but as they say, “Happy wife happy life,” so they joined a group. On the way to the group Adam would tell Jenny, “Do not ask me to speak. Do not ask me to read Scripture. Do not tell them anything personal about us. Do not try to make me be friends with these people.” After several months things began to change. Adam started to like the people in his group. Adam started to open up and talk. A year later both Adam and Jenny could not imagine life without their group. Fast forward several more years and Adam became a Pastor! We understand it is hard to step out but we know group can change lives if we will try it and give it time!
